You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your purchase if it is defective, not the product you ordered, or does not match its description on our website.

- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Approval Process: Once we receive your request, we will communicate the next steps. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item upfront. Shipping costs will be refunded after the refund request is approved.
- Please use trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item reach us safely.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
